Countdown: 26 days

I’m in the home stretch now and it’s only 26 days until I becoming a traveling photographer/businessman, independent from the world and dependent on my own skills.  It took me a while but I finally decided on a date.  All  my procrastinating on when to leave had to come to a halt when I looked over some of my previous posts and realized I was ignoring my own advice, make a decision and act or you will never reach your goal.

A rough outline of things to come

My 'world' for the next six or so months

I can’t even begin to describe how crazy this last month has been (which hopefully explains my lack of posts). The constant whirlwind of furious activity as I begin to sever connections and pull up roots has left me, oddly enough, rather invigorated. Those few moments of peace I have where my mind isn’t calculating the next move are filled with a strong sense of fulfillment and excitement (not to mention apprehension). The vague vision that formed in my head oh so many months ago is becoming a reality as I put stone after stone into the foundation underneath the cloud holding up my dream.
